Já havíamos visitado todas as hamburguerias mais famosas de São Paulo, mas ainda faltava uma: Lanchonete da Cidade.
A Hamburgueria "nasceu para ser irresistivel e tipicamente brasileira" segundo o próprio site e já possui 4 lojas em SP (Jardins, Moema, Shop. Higienópolis e Shop. Cidade Jardim), todas possuem decoração retro, com quadros antigos de SP espalhados na parede. Na última semana visitamos a loja da Al. Tietê, que possui um serviço de manobrista por R$15,00.
Logo de cara, o cardápio chamou nossa atenção por ter uma dedicatória ao Hambúrguer do Seu Oswaldo no rodapé , dizendo que eles inspiraram a paixão por hambúrguer nos donos da Lanchonete da Cidade.
A casa possui tipos diferentes de batata frita (palito, da cidade e rústica), e optamos pela rústica, uma espécie de batata chips (um pouco mais grossa) temperada com sal, alho e alecrim. Porção suficiente para 2 a 3 pessoas e muito gostosa!!
O cardápio possui várias opções de lanches tentadores, mas fomos fiéis a nossos leitores e pedimos o nosso amado x-salada. A Lanchonete da Cidade possui 2 tipos de x-salada: O tradicional ( com carne de 120g) e o Xissa ( com carne de 180g). Estávamos em 2 pessoas e cada um pediu um tipo de x-salada.
Só temos um comentário a fazer sobre o x-salada da Lanchonete da Cidade: ENCONTRAMOS O X-SALADA PERFEITO!! Além de delicioso, o lanche vem montado de forma perfeita e não desmonta a cada mordida.
Considerações:
Pão: Não esfarela, feito sob encomenda para a casa. Super macio!!
Carne: DELICIOSA!! Descobrimos que eles usam picanha para fazer o hambúrguer. Muito bem temperado!!
Queijo: Eles usam o queijo estepe e vem derretido em quantidade perfeita.
Salada: Quantidade boa de alface. Percebemos que eles cortam o tomate muito muito fino, sendo um mero coadjuvante no lanche (perfeito!!)
Maionese: verde, temperada e saborosa.
O preço está bem acima das lanchonetes de SP, mas querem uma opinião sincera? Vale a pena pagar caro no x-salada da Lanchonete da Cidade!! Recomendamos pedir o Xissa, com 180g de carne. Nosso avaliador que pediu o de 120g se arrependeu, porque queria comer mais hehehe.
